No, we do not provide transportation. However, our location is easily accessible by taxi, rental car, or local transportation. We recommend confirming your travel arrangements in advance to ensure a smooth experience. There is free parking along the street to the beach in case you have a golf cart. If you need recommendations on getting to our location, feel free to reach out!
Your safety is our top priority. In the event of bad weather or force majeure, you have the option to reschedule—if your schedule allows—or receive a full refund.
Weather conditions on the water can change quickly, and factors such as wind speed, tide conditions, and incoming storms must be carefully considered before heading out. While we closely monitor the forecast to minimize disruptions, last-minute weather changes are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to accommodate you in case of unexpected weather conditions.

Cancellations made within 48hrs or less of your scheduled booking are non-refundable. However, in cases of bad weather or force majeure, you will have the option to reschedule (if your schedule allows) or receive a full refund.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

We provide bottled water for your convenience. If you're looking for more options, food and beverages are available for purchase at the beach club. Feel free to grab a bite before or after your experience!
Yes! Our couples option allows one person to take solo pictures in the clear kayak first, before their partner joins them for couples photos.
However, if both individuals would like solo photos in addition to couples photos, please select the individual option for 2 adults instead. This ensures each person gets dedicated solo shots along with their couples session.
Yes! Children are welcome to join but must be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3 and under can participate for free.
No, swimming is not required. The water will be waist-deep at most, and our team will assist you into the kayak. However, it is helpful if you are comfortable around water.
You will receive your unedited photos within 24 hours of your shoot.
If your package includes edited photos and a video, you will receive them within 72 hours after your shoot. If you need your pictures resent to you you have 72 hourse after you receive them to request them again. We do not store pictures more than 3 days.
