Welcome to Clearly Paradise! By booking our services and engaging with our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment
To reserve your photo shoot, you must complete the booking process through our website or directly with our team. A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking. Payment will be processed securely through our trusted third-party payment processor.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your booking  48 hours before your scheduled session to receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 47hours of your scheduled booking are non-refundable.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
• In the event of bad weather or force majeure, you will have the option to reschedule (if your schedule allows) or receive a full refund.

3. Photo and Video Usage
By booking a photoshoot, you grant Clearly Paradise permission to take photos and videos during your session. You also grant us the right to use these photos and videos for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, marketing materials, and advertisements.

You will receive a copy of your photos for personal use, but Clearly Paradise retains the rights to use these images and videos as stated above. If you do not wish for your photos to be used for promotional purposes, please notify us before your session, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Participant Requirements

• All participants must be in good health and able to safely engage in the photoshoot activities.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children aged 3 and under participate for free.
• You do not need to know how to swim to participate. Water depths are at most waist-deep, and you will be assisted into the kayak.
• For safety reasons, participants should not be afraid of water.

5. Safety and Liability
Your safety is our priority. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your session if weather conditions or other factors make it unsafe to proceed.

• Clearly Paradise is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during the photoshoot or related activities. By participating, you assume all responsibility for your safety and well-being.
• We also recommend that you wear appropriate clothing and footwear. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings.

6. Privacy and Data Protection
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
